Katie Holmes has left the building.
Hollywood starlet Holmes and her daughter Suri have moved on from the luxurious Chelsea penthouse they’d been renting since early this summer, the Daily News has learned.
The property, at 201 W. 17th St., was just blocks from Holmes’ old digs at the Chelsea Mercantile building, where she hid out after announcing her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2012.
The “Dawson’s Creek” and “Ray Donovan” star had reportedly inked a short-term lease for the $25,000 a month penthouse.
The 2,400-square-foot pad, which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, automatic shades, a landscaped outdoor terrace and a wood-burning fireplace, is now back on the market.
Listing broker Brandon Trentham of Town Residential didn’t return a call for comment.
Holmes and Suri normally live in a mansion in Calabasas, Calif., for which the actress paid nearly $4 million last year, but have been based in New York since the summer. The actress instagrammed a picture of herself boarding a train at Penn Station while wearing a ballgown Wednesday night.
