Move over Mariah and J.Lo, you've been upstaged by a brand-new Hollywood diva - 4-year-old SURI CRUISE!

Sources tell The ENQUIRER that the mini-fashionista is out of control with her demands on the L.A. set of mom Katie Holmes' new comedy, Jack and Jill - and Suri's not even in the film.

"Suri always gets her way, whether at home or on the set," said a source close to dad Tom Cruise, currently filming Mission: Impossible IV in Prague.

"She's a champion tantrum thrower, and neither her mom and dad at home nor the cast and crew on Katie's movie can deny her. She can be as sweet and charming as all get-out, but look out if she doesn't get what she wants."

Observers working on the movie thought it was cute when Suri began telling people to "shush" as cameras rolled. But once she got a little more comfortable, "Suri took charge," said the source.

"She was soon demanding cookies from crew members - and if she wasn't granted her request right away, she'd throw a fit."

Suri is more than a little spoiled by her doting parents, says the source.

"She loves shopping and has already developed an eye for picking out clothes for Tom and Katie. Money is no object to her parents, and they literally buy her whatever she wants.

"They've been known to spend $50,000 in one month on clothes and toys for her, and they allow their personal chefs and household staff to indulge Suri's cravings.

"She knows how to mind her manners, but she's learned that she can manipulate people a lot easier if she plays the pestering princess.

"Right now her diva act is cute, but it won't be before too much longer."
